Who's gonna stop this monster!!

I've read in the BBC site "Iran remains a threat to the world despite new intelligence saying the country may not be building nuclear weapons, the US president says." And that remind me what was said about Iraq before he started the war against it. I'm wondering who's gonna stop this monster making victims everywhere. Well the real threat to the world is Bush himself, even more he is a threat to the USA's security because he is making more and more enemies who doesn't make the difference (just like the US Army haven't made the difference between the Iraqi people and the Iraqi government) between the American people and the American government.
